Abstract :
This paper presents several versions of RF signal level detectors designed for various types of microwave links developed in the IMTEL Institute. The presented detectors work in wide frequency ranges because they are used in links operating in various frequency ranges. Detected level variation over wide temperature range is discussed in detail
