Abstract
An optimal inventory model with postponement strategy, that is a bilevel integer programming model, is considered. A hybrid genetic algorithm together with branch and bound algorithm is proposed to solve this model. The numerical simulation shows that the results obtained in this paper not only improve the inventory benefits of overall supply chain, and reasonably adjust the optimal inventory of branch points.
