Abstract :
Express companies is development very quickly with e-commerce in China. But there are more people complaints about their services. I compared Post express service with private and foreign companies, and found out that the delivery time, fees and value-added services were not very well. In the last, I analyzed the Post express SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threat).
