The empirical research on dynamic evaluation of the transfer-ability of industry undertaking based on overall factor analysis — Based on panel data of Hebei province

The transfer-ability of industry undertaking is the comprehensive reflection of comparative and competitive advantage with which a country or region is suit for some industrial transfer and development. In order to evaluate the transfer-ability of industry undertaking comprehensively, objectively and dynamically, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system, combining with the panel data of 2005-2011, and makes the comprehensive evaluation to the 11 prefecture-level city in Hebei province using overall factor analysis. Based on the analytical result, the 11 Prefecture-level City are divided into 4 levels throgth the hierarchical cluster analysis, which represent the four spatial gradient of from the transfer-ability of industry undertaking low to high. The empirical results show that there are certain differences among the 11 Prefecture-level City in Hebei province. The strong dual-core is Tangshan and Shijiazhuang; Langfang, Cangzhou and Handan are higher; Qinhuangdao, Baoding, Hengshui and Xingtai are general; Chengde and Zhangjiakou are below average.
