Abstract :
The Third Workshop on Microelectronics and Electron Devices will provide a forum for reviewing and discussing all aspects of Microelectronics. In addition to full technologies and future trends, different front- and back-end issues in Microelectronic fabrication will be addressed. The symposium will consist of both invited and contributed papers, with an emphasis on Electron Devices. An IEEE Publication of a WMED Proceedings Papers and the CDROM including presentation slides is planned, which will be available at the beginning of the meeting. A poster session will exhibit more presentations throughout the afternoon. Faculty and students are encouraged to contribute presentations on either completed research or "work-in-progress." A review process will determine the oral/poster presentations based on the abstracts but can be changed later when the papers are received.
