Abstract :
The port logistics´ development is deserved more and more attention, in order to enhance the competence of the port, we need to evaluate the function of the port logistics and construct the evaluation model. The AHP-FCE method was used which combines methods of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, Firstly we determine the weight of every index of the model, and evaluate the port logistics´ function, than using the empircial research to verify the correctness of the evaluation model. The results of the empricial research show that the model can evaluate the function of the port logitics, and the calculation is simple, it has some practicablicity.
