Abstract :
With the rapid development of e-commerce and the adoption of dual channels, conflict and governance for dual channel is the focused problem. In this paper, we use a game theory approach to investigate this issue; and we explore the manufacturer and the retailer integrate the delivery channel to coordinate channel conflict to realize win-win. We examine how the market share and the relative intensity of the price competition to impact cooperation and implement mechanisms.
