Analysis on the Logistics Outsourcing Risk Based on Supply Chain Circumstances

Based on analysis the cause of the logistics outsourcing under the environment of the supply chain management, the article studies the physical distribution outsourcing risk origin and proposes a four stage risk control´s strategy of logistics outsourcing under the supply chain circumstance to deepen the enterprise cooperation of the supply chain, reduce the risk of the physical distribution outsourcing, enhance enterprise´s market competitiveness.
