  • Abstract
    Mobilization alliances are efficient organizing patterns to make full use of social resources through rapid response to the demand of interfering events. The index system of mobilization alliances partner selection reflects the basic requirements for the organizations which are involved in the mobilization activities. According to the emergency characteristics and the mobilization capacity, a set of ways is proposed for index designing and simplification using information entropy algorithm of attribute reduction in mobilization alliances partner selection index system.
