Abstract :
In the context of the post financial crisis, the steel trading and export become more difficult, the steel enterprises attention is attracted to the steel logistics. This paper analyzes the problems in steel logistics system development, and then proposes some measures to optimize the steel logistics system based on supply chain. These will enable the logistics to be the third profit source of the steel enterprises, which will continuously enhance their competitive strength.
