Abstract :
This paper presents a two-dimensional finite-elements model of a 27 kVA traction transformer. Simulation results in magneto-harmonic mode are analyzed and compared to measurement figures. We focused on the effects of windings between each other. The model constitutes a good approximation of the reality.
