A Research on the Early Alarm Indicator System for the Small Enterprise´s Supply Chain

Supply chain can also brought about risk and crisis while bringing benefits to enterprise, The crisis of the supply chain may make a big breakage and lost to enterprise. Especially for the small enterprises in our country, the little wave in its supply chain can make a small enterprise to death because of their limited power to avoid risk. So, Most of minor enterprises must have an early alarm for the supply chain. After an analysis of the inside risks and outside risks which a small enterprise facing, this paper emphasize particularly on the key indexes which are important to the small enterprise, and build an indicator system for the risk early alarm during the management of the supply chain by using method of AHP. All these may help small enterprises to improve their management level of the supply chain.
