Abstract :
The factors that influence the development of agricultural products logistics enterprises are determined, and the index system is built. The Delphi technique is used to determine the relationship between the factors, and the direct-relation matrix is built. Then the effects of the factors are analyzed quantitatively by decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach. Based on this, the importance of the various factors that influence the development of agricultural products logistics enterprises is drawn.. Finally the corresponding strategies are present.
