In addition, the "Service, Science, Management and Engineering (SSME)" approach is used as an interdisciplinary experimental design method to demonstrate the study, design, and implementation of new service system . Finally, the discussion with multi-stakeholders and users\´ patterns that provides different experience to those adopted private cooperation in city development to achieve the goal of intelligent life.
