Empirical research of financial performance on the convergence of informatization and industrialization based on listed companies in Shaanxi province

On the basis of the current situation of the convergence of informatization and industrialization, this paper analyzes the characters and problems when the two factors interact with each other. So we select a series of financial measures resulting from Chinese listed companies of manufacturing industry and IT industry. In order to evaluate the profitability, solvency, operation ability and growth ability of the manufacturing industry and IT industry, this paper selects the listed companies located in Shaanxi Province as a study sample which go public in Shenzhen stock exchange and Shanghai stock exchange. Then we use the factor analysis and discuss the financial performance on the convergence of informatization and industrialization. Finally, some useful suggestions are presented to improve financial performance on the convergence of informatization and industrialization.
