Abstract :
We present a microscopic description of transport and photoluminescence for a QD in a cavity, tunnel coupled to electronic reservoirs. A cluster expansion is used to account for carrier-matter correlations. In particular we study the influence of the reservoir statistics on the intracavity photon autocorrelation function.
