Abstract :
Influence of metro construction on underground pipelines adjacent to tunnels is a key technical issue demanding urgent solution in metro engineering. Considering the effect induced by metro excavation on the underground pipelines at Huangzhuang Station of Beijing Metro Line 10, the recommended control values of ground surface settlements are determined by sections according to the characters and buried depths of pipelines, the relative positions between pipes and station, and the potential risks in construction. The safety of the underground pipelines is analyzes and predicted on the basis of relevant pipeline safety evaluation standards, and specific measures are also put forward to control pipeline settlement. According to the monitoring data, the settlements of pipelines adjacent to Huangzhuang Station are successfully controlled within 30mm, and the maximum differential settlement is 1.1230/00, which cannot overrun the safety request of pipeline. It concludes that the control criterion of pipeline settlement is reasonable and the control measures play an effective role in guarantee of normal use of the pipelines.
