Abstract :
The multi-chip A/D parallel time-interleaved sampling is an effective method to improve sample-rate. However, the mismatch between the parallel channels will lead to nonuniform sampling and seriously degrade the performance of the whole sampling system. By data processing, this paper proposed a method to measure the channel mismatch errors, it is the compution of delay time by the aid of a reference sinusoidal signal, and correct the frequency spectrum and reinstate of signal to be measured by DFT. In the MATLAB environment, simulation experiment results show that the proposed method is feasibility and reliability.
