Abstract :
A noise identification and fault diagnosis system for the new products of the automobile gearbox is introduced. The framework of the developed software is described, which includes function modules as data acquisition, feature extracting, time frequency transform, order analysis, learning and training, and so on. The prototype system has been partially put in practice in a certain automobile gear-box manufacture company.
