Abstract
Thin-film multijunction thermal converters have been introduced as primary AC-DC voltage transfer standards at KRISS. The evaluation of the standards from an extensive series of comparisons and analysis of the error sources by using a new automatic AC-DC difference measurement system and the fast-reversed DC source is described. The agreement between the two systems is better than 1 ppm up to 4 V and 10 kHz.
