Abstract :
Aiming at the problem of index to evaluate the capability of regional technological innovation in a large quantity and the problem of the impact on assessment results caused by the correlation among the indicators, the paper creates the evaluation indicator system from the input, supporting, and the output three aspects based on the analysis of the components of system. Combined with the economic meaning of the indicator, clustering the criterion layer indicators, the regional capabilities of technological innovation of our country´s 16 provinces and cities are evaluated comprehensively by utilizing the entropy method. The evaluation results reflect the actual level of various provinces and cities in the technological innovation capability, which verify the validity and scientific of the proposed method.
