Abstract :
The ship building process is affected by many factors from ship itself and the objective environment, so find out the rule of every factors and manage them can effectively control the building cost of ships. Based on analysis of factors which affect building costs of navy ship, introduce the grey correlation analysis method to analyze the mutual correlation and important degree of every factor, point out main external factors and internal factors. At last, give policy and management advice based on the current work.
