Abstract :
The main purpose of this study is to reveal the influence factors of oil import to avoid the risk of oil import effectively. First, risk evaluation indices of oil import are screened and determined. Then the grey multi-level combination evaluation model is established. And it is used to evaluate the China´s oil import risk. The evaluation results show that China´s oil import risk is higher. The calculation leads us to the conclusion that the price risk and transport risk of China are both higher. Obviously, the main factors of China´s oil import are price and transportation. So they are should be focused on in the future. It is necessary for us to take measures to avoid risks, to minimize the loss of imports, and to ensure China´s oil import.
