Abstract :
This paper proposes the influencing factors of cooperation mode selection for decision-making on ERP project implementation, based on expert interviews and theoretical analysis. Employing the questionnaire and survey, we further extract eight key factors of this mode selection through the exploratory factor analysis approach.
