Research on Measures of the Disaster Prevention and Rescue in Super-Long Railway Tunnels

Disasters that may occur in the super-long railway tunnel were summarily described and a study focused on the measure of the disaster prevention and rescue when the train gets fire inside the tunnel was conducted. First, the characteristic of the railway tunnel fire was introduced, and the measures of the disaster prevention and rescue to relief the disaster when the tunnel fire occurs were discussed secondly in this paper. Finally, it summarized the scheme of the disaster prevention and rescue to relief the disaster when the fire occurred in the super-long railway tunnel, and the basis for optimizing the design and the construction was provided. It may have a vital practical significance to the perfection of fire emergency rescue and safe evacuation plan in super-long railway tunnels in China.
