Abstract :
The aim of the study is to reveal the inter linkages between sci-tech innovation platforms and innovative city construction. 110 sets of laws and regulations have been quantified to analyze the evolution of sci-tech innovation platforms. It shows that there is a marked growth on the policy quantity and dynamics after 2006 the innovative country goal proposed. Then an empirical analysis has been done by comparing the quantity of sci-tech innovation platform in nine cities of Fujian province with four core indicators of the innovative city evaluation index system. Research shows that there is a positive correlation between sci-tech innovation platform and innovative city which suggests that the promotion of the construction and management of science and technology innovation platform will promote the development of innovative city.
