Abstract :
Through summing up the actual situation of some bleaching powder concentrate enterprises in the risk management, the materials involved in the calcium production process are dangerous chemicals, and their main inherent hazardous characteristics are fire and explosion, which must not be stored or transported with organics, oils, acids, and reducing agents, and should be kept away from various heat sources, flame and so on, and combined with hazardous characteristics of chemicals, chemical reaction parameters and the status of equipment and facilities, the inherent hazardous characteristics in the production process can also be identified. Taking into account the characteristics of the hidden hazards of calcium hypochlorite and the importance of drying process, safety analysis are focuses on the drying process, and it is improper to apply liquid organic heat transfer material heater in the production process of bleaching powder concentrate, liquid organic heat transfer material heater should be replaced to thoroughly eliminate this hazard. Finally, the production plant and storage warehouse of bleaching powder concentrate belong to A fire classification, and the operation chamber of releasing chlorine belongs to B, and it is not necessary for them to carry through an overall electrical explosion-proof design.
