Abstract
The article discusses the theories of ERP Management and Real-time Control. It advances the idea that the Real-time Control of Enterprises Cash Flow Model or the Period Concentration Control of Enterprise Cash Flow Model should be integrated into the current ERP operating environment. It also provides substantial measures to ensure the ERP system generates quality information and the enterprises achieve their optimal financial management goal of cash well running.
