Abstract
This paper introduces a new resonant gate driver for both the top and bottom switches of a synchronous buck converter. With a coupled inductor, this gate driver can have both small size and fewer power losses. Theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results prove that the proposed driver is well suited to high-frequency applications
