Abstract :
We report on high-field magneto-spectroscopy in HgSe and HgTe using 10.6 μm and 5.4 μm wavelength radiation in magnetic fields up to 225 T using the single-turn-coil generator. The experimental data agree excellently with the theoretical prediction of suitable energy-band models.
