Study on the Innovation of System of Financial Management of the Public Sectors

Currently, there exist in the construction of system of public financial management certain problems and inadequacies, which cannot meet the public sectors´ demand for financial management and fiscal management. Under the supervision of the government and with support of relevant theory, efforts should be made to sort out the problems existed in the system of public financial management to establish a combined mechanism that consists of expenditure decision, budget management, process control management, financial supervision, and achievement evaluation and etc to promote the Public Financial Management System to be more scientific, standard and precise.
