Abstract :
In this study, the effect of ERP implementation problems on ERP performance improvement level is explored about organization environment risk, and DeLone and McLean´s IS success model is used to measure ERP performance improvement level. Our research results indicate that the most frequent post-implementation problems is in top manager´s participation, and then firm´s policies and process, project redevelopment, organization transform and organization environment transformation, respectively.
