Abstract :
Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) 3.X is a standardized, server-side component model, which can be used for business critical applications. The standard defines how components can be specified and developed with basic services such as directories, transactions and security, independent of a concrete application server product. Through this tutorial you will receive an introduction on handling EJB 3.X and how to use it to build scalable, transactional, and multi-user secure business applications. Additionally we will get into the architecture of EJB, some new patterns like EJB3.x Dependency Injection and all the new characteristics of the EJB 3.X-Specification. During the tutorial you will see how to model, develop and configure EJB components on the basics of practical business examples.
