Abstract
A new thermal power comparator (TPC) is described that covers a frequency range from power frequencies to 200 kHz. The TPC features a resistive voltage divider and shunts, and a thermal multiplier with two differential high-impedance inputs. It incorporates novel developments in the method of reducing LF and HF errors in the power comparison.
