Abstract :
A necessary and sufficient condition is given for the D-stability of a polytope of delay polynomials. The authors note that perhaps the most restrictive assumption in this work is the affine linearity requirement on the coefficient perturbations. The authors´ main result is extended to study the formulation of T. Mori and H. Kokame (1987)
