Abstract :
This paper proposes a simple method to achieve a fast access bit rate in wireless LAN (WLAN) environments. The proposed method consisting of a delay robust modulation scheme PSK-RZ and an artificial time-varying frequency selective fading environment, active fading, attains a bit rate of more than 10 Mb/s in entire room with a size of 15 m×10 m×3 m. Also, the proposed system shows a better performance than the conventional scheme in non-line-of-site conditions. Further acceleration of the bit rate by employing OFDM for the proposed method shows a speed of more than a hundred Mb/s by computer simulation
