Abstract
Financial support plays an important role in the development of high-tech enterprises and industrialization. Meanwhile, financial predicament has been the key obstacle to small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. This paper introduces industrial and financing characteristics of high-tech enterprises and analyzes the financial predicament of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. Then the authors put forward policy suggestions.
