  • Abstract
Study on investment and financing decision-making of ecological restoration in Taihu Lake is a new proposition. To ensure the sustainability of governance, the optimal investment and financing programs must be established for the long-term process, which from "local improvement" to "General good governance". Through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis and entropy weight adjusted weight on the ecological restoration project for the Taihu Lake, the best investment and financing program is franchise financing, followed by loans from financial institutions. And in practice, this paper deals with some countermeasures of absorbing the World Bank loans, innovative use of financial derivatives and setting up a funding chain of ecological management.
