Abstract :
The high sensitive infrared scanner is a useful way in the shoal label. The thermal reference resource (TRR) is a temperature controlled blackbody which is overfilled to the clear aperture in the scanner. The effect of TRR performance to the system detect ability is analyzed in detail in the paper.
