Study on the Collaborative Tactics of Informationization Planning and Enterprise Strategy

How to realize the collaboration of informationization planning and enterprise strategy to make the informationization better serve the enterprise strategy has become the focus problem of every enterprise. Based on the inner link between enterprise strategy and informatization planning, the article established respectively collaborative strategies of informatization planning with competition strategy, diversification strategy and internationalization strategy, which promote the realization of enterprise strategic objective and finally realize the collaboration development of informatization construction and enterprise strategy. The article finally established the collaboration evaluation index system of informatization planning and enterprise strategy.
