Title :
State space analysis of Smart Dynamic Pricing signalling in WCDMA networks

Abstract :
In this paper, state space is employed to model required signalling for a dynamic pricing scheme called Smart Dynamic Pricing. Steady-state results from simulations show that the required average signalling loads and bidding signalling are low. The low load threshold should be set around 70% of the system capacity, the guaranteed period of the admission quality should be set around half of the mean call holding time and the centre of Smart Dynamic Pricing intelligence should be collocated with the Billing System.
