Abstract :
In this paper, we firstly analyzed the importance of strategic alliance and competitive intelligence (CI) to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Then we discussed the operating mechanism and of SME strategic alliance CI. Finally, we designed the architecture of SME alliance-oriented CI platform using Agents technology.
