Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Socialization Reform of College Logistics

The goal of this paper is to analyze the content, the development status, the existing problems, and the strategic choices for the socialization reform of college logistics in China. Firstly, we make an introduction about the overall situation of the college logistics, and also make an analysis about the status and role of the socialization reform of college logistics. Then, we make a discussion about the existing problems such as the ideology drop behind reality and the service consciousness is weak, the property rights are unclear between school and enterprise, the conversion of the administration function is back behind the requirement, and the contingent of support staff is large and the management for them is difficult. Finally, we put forward the strategic routes and corresponding suggestions for the development of the socialization reform of college logistics.
