  • Abstract
    The favorable policies and systems are the necessary development conditions of producer service industry in its international expansion tide. Policy and system arrangement includes two aspects: system and policy. The former includes relaxing services market access, promoting service systematic reform, intensifying to encourage foreign services into the local industry and introducing advanced technology, etc. The latter includes strengthening policies to support the development of service industry by providing funds, actively guiding credit capital and social capital investment into producer services, and accelerating the implementation of project impetusing, establishing a sound service coordination mechanism, optimizing the service environment, strengthening services market supervision, strengthen the training and introduction of talents, strengthening statistics and analysis work for the service development.
