Abstract :
Some current efforts at commercializing pulsed power technology are summarized. The present state-of-the-art in pulsed power technology is outlined with respect to industrial requirements. The differences between industrial and military requirements are explained and the difficulties in gaining industrial acceptances for this technology are summarized.
