            Abstract :
Land use has inevitable responsibility for the loss of biodiversity, especial for fragile ecological environment. Therefore, it´s necessary to promote the concept of biodiversity conservation into the traditional land-use planning. Exploring the combination between biodiversity protection and land use will be the focus of this article. The first section mainly describes the necessity of biodiversity protection in land use; The second indicates major innovations in land management; Part III, IV, V can be considered as the core of this article, with the introduction of engineering measures, political measures and other measures in biodiversity protection respectively. The sixth part briefly represents the received effects, and some further improvements.
