Area traffic planning based on evaluation index systems and public sectors performance—Case study of China

This paper has studied problems of area traffic plans, analyzed guiding and limitation that the party (CCP) and government leader group and leading cadre indicators for performance appraisal plan to area traffic instantly, and given content preference-based index out analysis method. Structure builds out relationship local communications department plan business indicators for performance appraisal system. Traffic business indicators for performance appraisal system include 10 major kinds of one-level index, and 27 is similar to two stage indicators for performance appraisal.
