Abstract :
In the process of New-countryside construction, green community is a developing mode that can harmonize economic factory and ecological factory. New-countryside green community´s design was influenced by many factories, such as humanistic image, ecological image, economic conditions, etc. Structural equation model (SEM) is known as covariance structure analysis or linear structure modeling. It can quantitative evaluate the complex relationship between multi-factor. SEM can fit the resident satisfaction and its influence factors into a system, and analyze the variable (people expect, residents perceived) and the relationship between resident satisfaction. Evaluating the resident satisfaction by SEM can provide the basis to design of new-countryside´ green community.
