Abstract

With the development of market economy, increasing investment of Chinese enterprises, investment risk management is more important. In this paper, with two aspects, securities investment and industrial investment, analyzed, propose some the methods of risk management. Risk management in securities investment: Analyze the investment environment and forecast various types of securities trend; Make use of portfolio for risk diversification; Use derivative instruments for hedging. Risk management in industrial investment: Analyze the investment environment to determine the scale of investment; Diversification; Make good use of financial leverage and operating leverage; Use VaR technology to control the overall enterprise risk.
