City logistics transportation invisible cost control based on ITS

Intelligent transport system is the primary measure to improve efficiency and security of transportation. In modern logistics system, the use of ITS technology will increase the efficiency, benefits and security of logistics system. This article analyses the reasons of transport invisible cost in the city logistics system, and points out emphatically the influence of the city traffic problems for the transportation invisible cost, and proposes reasonable transport policy based on ITS, and builds on intelligent transport systems-transport management system (ITS-TMS). Finally, the control technology of the city logistics transport invisible costs based on ITS is put forward.
